These 494 observations, presented on three pages, were made with a 20" f5.0 Starsplitter reflector from 04/22/95 to 09/12/99 by Kent Wallace, 7305 Sombrilla Ave, Atascadero, CA 93422,  E Mail kwwallace@thegrid.net. Revision 0, 10/19/99.

CSM stands for central star magnitude. All magnitudes are visual unless there is a small case letter following the number, such as "p" for photographic or "b" for blue. coordinates are for the year 2000.

There is a relatively bright star on the NE side of the PN. Good response to the O-III & UHC filters. No response to the H-B filter. The image is best at 134X. At 254X no central star could be seen. Identified the field in the SEC finderchart.

DeHt 2, RA 17,41.7 DEC +03,07 MAG 16.3 CSM 15.0 SIZE 94" on 07/09/96. Tried to find this PN but had no luck. Identified the field in the SEC finderchart.

Sa 2-230, RA 17,42.0 DEC -15,56 MAG 16.2 CSM ? SIZE 10" on 07/09/96. At 254X, small faint fuzzy disk, requiring the O-III filter and averted vision. Good response to the O-III & UHC filters. No response to the H-B filter. No central star was visible. The PN is very close to a relatively bright star.

K 1-14, RA 17,42.6 DEC +21,27 MAG 15.6 CSM 16.4 SIZE 47" on 08/22/97. At 134X, a small faint envelope around a relatively bright star requiring the O-III filter and averted vision. Fair response to the O-III & UHC filters. No response to the H-B filter. At 254X, the central star is a double with a faint companion next to the relatively bright central star. Poor response to the UHC filter. No response to the H-B filter. The PN is in a rectangle of stars. Identified the field in the SEC finderchart. This is a first known visual sighting. The image is worse at 254X.

M 1-46, RA 18,27.9 DEC -15,33 MAG 14.6 CSM 12.8 SIZE 12"x10" on 09/09/99. At 134X and 169X, relatively bright star exactly where the SEC finderchart shows this PN to be. There appears to be a slight response to the O-III, UHC & H-B filters when using averted vision. Also the filters tend to give this PN a small disk. The MAG 12.8 central star probably tends to hide this nebula. At 254X, there is a small disk when using averted vision. All filters tend to show this small disk better when using averted vision.

SaSt 3-166, RA 18,29.2 DEC -17,27 MAG ? CSM ? SIZE 13" on 08/16/98. Tried to find this PN but had no luck. The SEC finderchart for the field did not identify the PN.

M 1-48, RA 18,29.5 DEC -19,06 MAG 15.8 CSM ? SIZE 5" on 09/03/97. At 134X & 169X stellar, requiring the O-III filter and averted vision. Good response to the O-III & UHC filters. No response to the H-B filter. At 254X, can see the PN with averted vision alone but required the UHC filter to identify it as a PN. Identified the field in the SEC finderchart. At 254X the arc of three stars mentioned by steve is visible.

Pe 2-14, RA 18,30.0 DEC -19,41 MAG 16.0 CSM ? SIZE 6"x5" on 10/04/97. At 169X, stellar, requiring the O-III filter and averted vision. Good response to the O-III & UHC filters. No response to the H-B filter. At 254X, can see the PN with averted vision alone as a very faint fuzzy star requiring the UHC filter to identify it as a PN. Identified the field in the SEC finderchart.

Abell 44, RA 18,30.2 DEC -16,45 MAG 15.8 CSM ? SIZE 63"x39" on 07/07/97. At 134X, faint, relatively good sized, unsteady disk, requiring the O-III filter and averted vision. Good response to the O-III filter. Fair response to the UHC filter. No response to the H-B filter. The PN is involved with a relatively bright star. At 169X, the image is better but it still requires the O-III filter and averted vision. The bulk of the PN is east of the relatively bright star. Identified the field in the SEC finderchart.

Abell 45, RA 18,30.3 DEC -11,37 MAG 12.8 CSM 21.1 SIZE 302"x281" on 08/14/98. Tried to find this PN but had no luck. Identified the field in the SEC finderchart.

K 3-4, RA 18,31.0 DEC +02,26 MAG 15.8 CSM ? SIZE 13"x11" on 10/04/97. At 134X & 169X, small disk requiring the O-III filter and averted vision. Good response to the O-III & UHC filters. No response to the H-B filter. At 254X, could see the PN as a faint fuzzy patch with averted vision alone but needed the O-III filter to identify it as a PN. Identified the field in the SEC finderchart.

Abell 46, RA 18,31.3 DEC +26,56 MAG 13.8 CSM 15.0 SIZE 63"x60" on 10/04/97. At 134x, 169X & 254X, relatively good sized disk requiring the O-III filter and averted vision.
